About Us

The exciting journey of Sourcing Wizards began when two brothers, Marko and Svetozar, decided they need to follow their calling. We understood the importance of talent sourcing and candidate screening. It was, and still is, time-saving, more efficient, more effective, cost-reducing. Since then, our company enjoyed great success but we always strive for more.

Sourcing Wizards was born in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Now, it represents a dedicated team of 5 professionals whose goal is to make your sourcing and screening experience greater.

The company offers services in IT and tech industry. Our clients and talents are the reason we exist. Because of this, we appreciate You and we always make sure to provide a completely secure service. Hence, our company is fully GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant.

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter!

Job brief

We are looking for a capable Recruiter to join our growing team!

We need a person with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for our international clients.

About us

We are young, open minded and ambitious company from Belgrade, offering services in IT and tech industry.

Within five years of experience in the field, we have been offering our services to clients from all over the world. Today, we can proudly say that we have been cooperating with one of the leading Spanish tech recruitment company and one of the most outstanding NYC tech recruitment agencies.

As a part of our team – Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Searching and matching qualified candidates, using company database software, social media channels, job boards and other resources
  • Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
  • Interview preparation and running phone and Skype interviews
  • Negotiate salary and other employment benefits with candidates
  • Follow up actions, regarding the applicants and clients

 

Qualifications and skills, we are expecting you to have:

  • University degree, preferably in the field of Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of recruitment (recruitment in IT is a big bonus)
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent research and negotiation skills
  • Supporting diversity and having excellent people skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, internet, social networking, web research)
  • Results driven, prioritizing of work activities and meeting necessary deadlines
